About the instructor

PT, DPT - Home Health Consultant

Devin Kassi

Devin Kassi has ten years of therapy operational experience in the continuum of care, specializing in Home Health Services. She has overseen therapy operations for Home Health, Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, and Outpatient settings for Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Free-Standing Assisted Living Communities, Memory Care Communities, and General Communities.  Having managed over 100 clinicians, Devin has vast experience in leading home health teams and financial operations, managing agency benchmarks, tracking revenue cycles, as well as implementing effective operational processes, policies and procedures. Since 2015, she has been a Guest Lecturer for A.T. Still University Physical Therapy Department. When she is not consulting, Devin spends time with her daughter and husband.  She is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoys hiking and outdoor activities.
